Returns and Exchanges:
- We offer a free 30-day returns and exchanges service (optional). If not selected, a standard handling or return label fee may apply. Customers outside US & CA are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Shipping Estimates:
- Shipping estimates are provided at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed, and actual delivery times may vary. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
- We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, transit times depend on the shipping method and courier. Some International shipments may not include tracking.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- We do not issue refunds for orders with incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Items:
- In the rare event that an item is lost or stolen during delivery or transit, a shipping investigations will be conducted by the courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been delivered to your home address.
- The courier has access to the most recent tracking information and can better assist in resolving any shipping inquiries or issues.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or special requirements for international orders outside US & Canada. Please check with your country's customs office for more information.
