BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

After I left a bad review on their website, they contacted me, said they were very sorry, and asked if I could clarify whether I had sent the items I said I would send. Even though they had already sent me an email saying they had received them and that I should wait for another email saying, "Another email will be sent once the refund or exchange process is complete." That was on September 11th, and supposedly it says my package is on its way, even though customer service hasn't even shipped it, apparently, based on our conversation. I wanted to give them another chance and told them to send me the items I ordered and paid for, but now I'm backing out and asking for a refund because I've been trying to contact them for days and they haven't answered.

This bra is super cute! I have the new blue and hot pink color and layering them looks so good! Alura has the best workout clothes. The plunge and pushup on this sports bra is amazing, even without the padding. Definitely recommend.
