Placed an order on July 8. Received July 14. Sent a return with exchange on July 20th. It is now August 4th and the website says still preparing my order. 15 Days!!! Customer service is non existent and only through chat and I have contacted at least 10 times with no response. Do not order from this company.

Alura has the best shorts to make your booty look juicy! The hot pink is so cute! These shorts look great and I feel so cute wearing them during my workout! Recommend in multiple colors!

After leaving a one star review because I was only able to wear my shorts for one exercise and hand wash them once without drying, and there appeared to be a hole in the back of the shorts. It was pretty upset because the shorts weren’t exactly inexpensive. I reached out to customer service and left a review and an honest one at that. Catherine reached out within two business days, and I had a new pair on the way quickly. I appreciate the good customer service, the swift response back and my replacement item is exactly as ordered. I like the color, the size is true to size, and the quality of the shorts matches the price tag, mistakes happen and I am happy to leave a good review after getting a replacement item. I am glad that this company takes customer service seriously and I appreciate their kindness and timelines.

I received these on 07/16 I wore them once and hand washed them and they have a hole in them. I attempted to reach out for replacement or refund and have not yet heard back. I am hoping I can get a replacement and can write a better review
