Return Guidelines:

- You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery for unused items for a refund or exchange.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
- A small processing fee may apply when refunding to the original form of payment.
- For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear are not eligible for returns. 

Return Shipping & Fees:

- Return options and fees may vary by country or region.
- We provide pre-paid return labels for all of USA and some region in Canada
- In other regions, you may ship your return back using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
- Depending on your order and selected return method, processing fees may apply.

Exchanges:

- We offer 30-day exchanges, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Free Easy Returns:

- We offer a Free & Easy Returns option at checkout. Available in U.S & Canada.

This option includes a pre-paid return label with faster shipping speeds, has no processing fees and includes priority exchange processing. 


How to Initiate a Return:

- Visit our Self-Serve Return Portal.
- Select the order and initiate a self-serve return within the 30-day window.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
