Bought the large and they bang on - not too tight like the more expensive alternatives that show every bump and ripple - Alura has figured out the right balance between compression and lift . Can’t wait to buy more - also check out the matching alura jacket - warning: it fits super small- size up .
I'm 5'6 & an athletic build. I ordered a medium and they fit really well. Squat proof and a reasonable amount of compression, but not so much that it impedes movement

Finally a legging that’s meant for working out. Comfortable and don’t shift during weight training. Great compression.
