September is here and she came in with an agenda.
The shift is reaaaaaaal. You can feel it in the air, in the light, in the very specific back-to-school-energy of everyone suddenly wanting to get their life together. New season, new routines, new excuse to buy things that make the transition feel intentional. We're definitely not immune to it. One thing that always makes me feel like I have my sh*t together? Making lists.
So here's a list of what's making us happy this week:
1. The Relaunched Studio Line 🖤
Okay we work here. You know we work here. But genuinely, the updated Studio Sculpt Shorts and Capris have been living in our gym bags on permanent rotation since we got the first samples and we can't stop thinking about them.
The fabric is new and it is buttery. The kind of soft that makes you want to put them on and never take them off. The fit is updated, like way cheekier, more sculpted, cleaner silhouette, without a butt scrunch seam. Just a really good pair of shorts or capris that moves with you whether you're on the reformer, under a barbell, or doing absolutely nothing and just want to feel put together.
Same colours; Oat, Fig, Dove Blue, and Black.
2. The First Properly Cool Morning ☁️
It happened. You opened the window and it was actually cool outside. The kind of morning that makes you want to make a real breakfast and go for a walk before the day starts and generally feel like a person who has their life together.
We are romanticizing this aggressively and we have zero regrets. An early morning walk in September air with a hot coffee in hand is one of the better free things available to us and we intend to use it as often as possible.

3. Treating September Like the Real New Year
Because it is. January gets all the credit but September is where actual change happens. New routines stick, gym attendance spikes, people start things they actually follow through on. The back-to-school energy is real and it's worth using.
If you've been meaning to start a program, try a new class, get back to a consistent training schedule, or finally book that reformer session you've been talking about since June, now is your time girllllll. September motivation is the most reliable motivation of the year. Don't waste it.
4. The Sunday Reset That Actually Works
Not the elaborate version with 47 steps and a color-coded planner. The real version — one hour on Sunday that makes the whole week feel manageable. Especially relevant now that routines are kicking back in and the week actually has structure again.
Ours looks like: reorganize our gym bag for Monday morning, do a loose meal plan for the week (more on that coming in this week's Strong Series), clear any clutter that's been bothering us, and make one good meal or sweet treat that we'll actually look forward to eating. That's it. The bar is low on purpose. Low bars get cleared consistently, and consistency is what we're after here ladies!!!!

5. Finishing a Book You've Been Reading for Three Months
No explanation needed. The specific satisfaction of closing a book you started in a completely different season of your life, with a completely different set of things going on, and finally getting to see how it ends.
If you're currently three-quarters through something you keep picking up and putting down, this is your sign and your week to finish it. Clear your Sunday evening. Make a tea. See it through. The feeling when you close the last page is disproportionately good for what it actually is.
